Enclosed are the details of our sales re-organization for your review. The expansion of our sales team will enhance our ability to reach new customers and it allows us to focus on the selling of new products. We have expanded our Technical Sales Representatives into two groups, our traditional sales team and our new “Advanced Composites Team”. We believe this enables us to offer our existing customers the most complete form of customer service, technical sales support and diverse product selection in the 40 year history of our company.

Revchem Composites Sales Department Reorganization
A reorganization of the sales team to create growth in the Advanced Composites Markets
Rialto, Calif. – Feb. 06, 2015 – Revchem, one of North America’s choice distributors of specialty products, raw materials and consumables, announces the reorganization of their sales team and the establishment of a new Advanced Composites Team effective immediately.
Director of Business Development: Effective January 1, 2015 Dennis was promoted to Director of Business Development. Dennis will lead our efforts in new business development focusing on new and large accounts, advanced composites, and other related new business. We are thrilled to have Dennis embrace this new and exciting role within Revchem Composites. As we look into the future we see emphasizing new business development taking us into new and larger accounts with a focus on advanced composites sales opportunities and into aerospace related customers. Dennis will continue to manage a few large aerospace accounts and this role is an expansion of those important efforts. Our goal is to start building our portfolio of larger national accounts with a focus on new business and advanced composites opportunities throughout our entire footprint. This is a national role and he will be exploring new business throughout the Western Region and beyond.
Team Leader California Region: Jeff has been promoted to lead the California Sales Region; he will focus on the daily activities within the California Sales Team. His primary role is to be “close to the ground” allowing for quick answers, one-to-one mentoring and assistance in growing our existing business. We believe that Jeff’s natural teaching and mentoring style makes him the right candidate for this new area leader role. Jeff will continue to manage his current book of business, but he will be expanding his daily activities to include this new mission and focus within the California Region.
Team Leader Pacific Northwest Region: Dan has been promoted to lead the Pacific Northwest Sales Region; he will focus on the daily activities within the PNW Sales Team. His primary role will remain on building new Portland area business, but he will offer a new level of
mentoring and assistance to the entire PNW sales team, focusing on growing our business throughout this important region. Dan has been a tremendous asset to us since he joined Revchem over two years ago. He has helped us build the Portland market area, assisted in hiring Jill Thomson and has been mentoring her over the last few months. We are now expanding his role to include the other PNW sales team members. We believe Dan will provide leadership to the entire growing region, this will allow us to meet our sales growth expectations and market potential.
Technical Sales Rep Orange County; Kaytee joined our California Sales Team on December 8th, 2014. Her extensive composites industry background is a tremendous asset to her and to us in our mission to provide sales support to our long-standing group of OC based customers. We have been looking for the “right person and right fit” for this open position and we believe Kaytee is that person. Kaytee has hit the ground running; she comes to us from Composites One and she was formerly part of the Nexeo Solutions Group where she was a field sales representative right here in California. Additionally her extensive customer service and inside sales background makes her a natural with our “Customers for Life” style and way of thinking.
Technical Sales Support; this newly formed role is designed to specifically support all of our sales team members with those highly technical questions, processes, and sales opportunities. Kip’s background spans over 30 years of building, designing and engineering advanced composites solutions within the aerospace, commercial, prototype, defense, and other arenas. He was most recently with Sierra Nevada in Northern San Diego and he joined our team on January 5th, 2015. We are excited to have a strong “hands-on” composites technician on the team; we will have expanded and extended our technical resources available to both our sales team members and our customers.
Tomas joined the Revchem Sales Team this January 2015. He began his experience in the composites industry at Aviatio and then continued to grow his experience when he worked for an airline and materials. He worked hands on with raw materials buying, storing and the use of composites. Tomas also has a wealth of experience in the racing industry. He was a fabricator and technician in Pro motorsports and worked in Grand-Am sports car racing for a winning team. We are very happy to have Tomas join our winning team as well.
