Description<br />
This is a specially formulated silicone based primer for use with a<br />
wide range of CHT 1K Condensation / Moisture curing RTV<br />
silicone sealants. This primer imparts good adhesion to most<br />
metals. It is recommended as a primer for use on non-porous<br />
surfaces. For all new applications, it is recommended that<br />
customers carry out small-scale tests to determine the suitability<br />
of the primer and the strength of bond produced.<br />

Primer for condensation cure 1 part adhesives on metal<br />
substrates. Not suitable for polycarbonate and acrylic<br />
Use and Cure Information<br />
This primer contains solvents which are classified as hazardous<br />
under current regulations. Users should read the Safety Data<br />
Sheets for this product carefully before use. Surfaces to be<br />
bonded should be dry and free from grease, oil, dust and release<br />
agents. Non-porous substrates, should be solvent degreased prior to application. The primer should be applied with a lint-free cloth or<br />
paintbrush and allowed to dry thoroughly at room temperature for a minimum time equal to the tack free time given in this document, before<br />
applying the sealant. Drying should be carried out in a well-ventilated area. Do not leave longer than 2 hours. The drying/curing time is<br />
dependent on the ambient temperature and humidity. Heat should not be applied to accelerate the drying cycle. Over-application of the<br />
primer will result in poor adhesion. As a guide, one litre of Primer should be sufficient for approximately 15 m  . It is absolutely important to<br />
check the compatibility in preliminary tests if unknown substrates are used.<br />

Miller-Stephenson  s Quik-Freeze</p>
<p> (MS-242N) is a 14oz<br />
aerosol product that is designed for convenient use in<br />
many industrial applications. It contains HFC 134a<br />
propellant which is a non-ozone depleting chemical. </p>
<p>MS-242N provides a rapid method of cooling small<br />
electronic components.  This product is utilized to locate<br />
intermittent malfunctions in electronic equipment.<br />
Applying the Quik-Freeze</p>
<p>will have no effect on<br />
components operating properly but faulty components will<br />
be shocked into failure mode and immediately identified.</p>
<p>MS-242N freezes small areas to -55  F/-48  C. </p>
