The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is a critical member of the Operations Team, reporting to the Director of Operations, and is responsible for ensuring the standardization of warehouse processes to provide flawless customer service. The objective of this position is to understand, communicate, demonstrate, and train warehouse standards across Revchem’s warehouse locations and team members. This role has direct responsibility to key metrics including inventory accuracy, fill rates, error rates as well as process and safety compliance.

Primary responsibilities:

· Your Voice: This is your opportunity to collaborate with the Operations Leadership Team to optimize and document warehouse processes and procedures aimed at improving key metrics. The Director of Operations approves Standard Operating Procedures and formalizes the voice of their communication to the warehouse team.

· Unified Voice: Key to the success of this role is your ability to take those Standard Operating Procedures and communicate them in the unified voice of the Director of Operations and Operations Team as the advocate and promoter of operational focuses through onsite communication, demonstration, and training.

· Lead one-time and on-going continuous improvement projects. Owning the onsite demonstrated success through KPI’s.

· Routinely inspect warehouse locations to ensure adherence to processes and procedures, and verify team member job competency through established system controls. This includes direct responsibility for accuracy of customer deliveries. Presents issues with resolution suggestions to the Director of Operations as related to warehouse operations, routing, receipts, inventory, etc.

· Works with Human Resources to ensure onboard training optimization for warehouse roles.

· Assists with, and sometimes conducts, annual site training and /or information sessions to ensure all employees receive mandatory compliance training and sign off.

· Support HR & Warehouse Managers with records management.

· This is an indirect leadership role within the Operations Leadership Team with full ownership of operational KPI’s, working closely with upper management, operations leadership, warehouse managers, and warehouse associates in meeting those goals.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

· 3+ years previous leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environment. Growth mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

· Strong understanding of receiving, inventory management, shipping, and relevant regulations, best practices.

· Great communication skills set (oral and written) with an ability to inspire our team members, ensuring that everyone is well informed and has clarity toward the business objectives.

· Proven track record of building and developing teams

· Ability to combine observations & real-world scenarios with an analytical data-driven approach to arrive at innovative solutions collaboratively.

· Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for maintaining system wide accuracy.

· Comfortable interacting with various departments and stakeholders.

· Ability to organize and prioritize a diversified and heavy workload meeting deadlines.

· Proficient computer usage:

o SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams experience

    • MS Office, including Word and Excel
    • Ability to learn internal database and software systems
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.

Pay

In accordance with California’s labor code, the expected salary pay range for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 annually. A new hire’s actual pay will be determined based on experience, skillset, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
