E-GLASS COMBO MAT
Product description
E-glass fabrics composed of E-glass fiber chopped in certain lengths, randomly dispersed
and knitted with organic string together into normal knitted mat. One layer chopped
strands and one layer woven roving knitted with polyester string together into combo
mat.
The mat is applicable for use in filament winding, pultrusion, compression molding and
RTM process. Compatible with unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resins, manufacture of
pipe linings, storage tanks and automobile parts

Packaging
Knitted mat is packed by plastic bags, placed into cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft
outside, and stowed on pallet. Actual weight for each roll indicates on label. The boxes
can be shipped in bulk or with pallet. The pallets should be stocked no more than 2-layer
high.
Storage
The mat should be stored in dry, cool and rainproof place. Optimum storage conditions
are between the temperature of 5 -35 and the humidity between 35% -65%. It is
recommended that the material should be stored under room temperature for at least 24
hours before use. Prior to using the material, please do not open the bag to prevent
moisture getting into the material.
