Description
This reinforcing mat is a con nuous- lament product, which is treated with a suitable
bonding resin and coupling agent. It has good handling proper es, resists wash in the
mold, has good porosity, fast wet through, excep onally good formability, weight
uniformity, and uniform strand integrity.

Significant Visual Properties
The con nuous lament mat shall meet requirements as set forth in the visual standards maintained by the facility. This product may
contain visual defects which have been agged with a colored paper strip. A total of up to six defects are allowed per roll. The number of
defects agged will be marked on each roll label. All defects agged will be subtracted from the net roll weight.

ROLL-UP & TELESCOPING REQUIREMENTS
The mat is wound on a 4″ (10.2 cm) inside-diameter paper tube, having a single tube with a length equal to the roll width the tube length
tolerances are plus 0″, minus 2″ (-5.08 cm).
*The mat will be so wound that the maximum length of mat telescoping will not exceed 1/2 (1.27 cm). Telescoping is described as the
condi on where successive wraps of mat are not perfectly aligned one upon the other, bringing about a concave e ect on one end of the
roll and a convex e ect on the other.
No tube will protrude past the product.

WRAPPING
Wrapping/Vacuum Sleeve – the roll is placed in a polyethylene
sleeve with a polyethylene overwrap (sleeve).
Standard Packing Method
PACKAGING
The rolls are mul ple packed, twelve (individual or common) rolls
for widths less than or equal to 42 (106.68 cm) or six (individual
or common) rolls for other widths up to 84 (213.36 cm), on a
66 (167.64 cm) x 44 (111.76 cm) varying height pallet. Greater
than 84 (213.36 cm) are on a 116 (294.6 cm) x 44 (111.76 cm)
varying height pallet. Also, may be heat treated or block.
Product Identification
A content label will adequately iden fy each roll.
PALLETIZATION
The rolls of mat will be palle zed with pallet stretch packaging.
