High temperature fluoropolymer, which has been an
aerospace industry standard product for many years.
Exhibits excellent elongation and release properties,
and is suitable for use with all prepreg systems
including polyester, epoxy, phenolic and BMI.
Effective at overcoming bridging on the most difficult
of contoured shapes.
Most commonly used in aerospace applications with
numerous OEM approvals.
Imparts a gloss finish to molding surfaces.
Available with an etched surface on one side to aid
bonding to rubber products for use as a localized
pressure pad/intensifier.
Available perforated and non- perforated.

Stretchable, non- woven polyester felt with
drapeability enabling it to conform closely to the
contours of your part.
Highly efficient due to multi-directional stretch
combined with low density lightweight construction.
No binders which could close off air flow or stick to
other parts and components.
Will conduct air at 50PSI (3.5bar) for prolonged cure
cycles and in complex contours.
Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dusting and non-
allergenic.
PRODUCT VARIANTS
Also available A3000- 7 FR (fire retardant). A3000- 7 FR is recommended for use in non-inert curing atmosphere and meets
vertical burn test per F.A.R. Para. 25.583 (B).
