Features and Benefits
Developed for use in composite and metal bond
fabrication.
Provides maximum bag sealing security on
aluminium, steel, fibreglass, nickel and graphite tool
surfaces.
Excellent for bag sealing epoxies, polyesters,
phenolics and other adhesives and prepregs at
temperatures ranging from 82 to 204 C (180 F to
400 F).
Strips easily and cleanly from the tool surfaces after
cure.

Also available RS220, which works in extended cures

STORAGE
Must be stored in its original containers, below 27 C (81 F) and allowed to return to room temperature before use.
Material has a 12 month shelf life from date of manufacture.
Must be stored flat.
Boxes should be stacked no more than 5 high.

Ideally suited to high temperature applications

Features and Benefits
Nylon 66, non- woven felt which operates at
temperatures up to 232 C (450 F) without trapping
off air flow.
Available in 225, 339 and 369g/m (6, 10 and
13oz/yd ) for withstanding pressure to over 200psi
(13.8bar).
Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-dusting and non-
allergenic.
Resists compression and heat set as experienced by
other lower temperature resistant fibers.
