Features and Benefits
Porous PTFE-coated plain weave fiberglass cloth.
Resistant to all solvents, adhesives and resin
systems normally encountered in composite and
metal-bond manufacture.
Will release from all commercial resin systems.
Ideal for flat and simple contoured assemblies.
Designed to allow excess resin, volatiles and trapped
air to bleed through the release fabric and be
absorbed in the breather, or vented out of the bag
through the vacuum vent port.
Can be used on metal-bond assemblies to allow the
adhesive flash to be bled into the breather and
removed from the assembly.
200TFP-1 especially useful where tolerances do not
allow for a heavier material.
