Vacuum bagging film
Ideally suited to aerospace applications
Features and Benefits
Unique film, embossed to allow air evacuation in
compaction or de-bulk vacuum bagging processes,
without the need for breather fabric or release film.
A clear green, heat stabilized, co-extruded, co-
polymer film, produced from a modified nylon resin.
Capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to
204 C (400 F), providing sufficient temperature
resistance to withstand most common resin
exothermic reactions.
Approved on various aerospace specifications and
used extensively within the industry.

STORAGE
Quickdraw HS8171 is a hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticizers. The level of moisture content at time of
use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. All nylon films absorb water. The higher the moisture
content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited.
Do not store rolls vertically on their ends.
