CHALLENGE 95
A RELEASE DESIGNED FOR POLYURETHANE MOLDING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Challenge 95 is primarily a liquid release for flexible and rigid polyurethane elastomers and foams. It can be used for other polyurethane
systems as well, however, it is advisable to test prior to its use. Challenge 95 is a universal release for plaster, metal, urethane, and epoxy
molds.

Challenge 95 dries at room temperature to create a uniform film. This release is a blend of synthetic and natural high temperature
waxes dispersed in petroleum distillates.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS :
Challenge 95 may be applied to hot or cold surfaces by spraying, wiping or brushing. Be sure to shake release containers prior to
use. New mold surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly and be treated with a mold release paste wax such as PartAll Hi-Temp for mold
break-in. Porous mold surfaces generally do require one or two release coats for every mold cycle. Release coats should be dry prior to
molding and drying speed can be gained by using forced air or infra-red heat. Challenge 95 can be polished to a high gloss after it has
dried or left alone to form a flat finish.

Mold cleaning may be required when residues buildup. Clean with a solution of detergent and water and dry thoroughly. If more
cutting action is required, use isopropyl alcohol alone or mixed into the detergent solution.

STORAGE AND HANDLING :
Store at 65-80 F (18-27 C) in a dry place. Unopened containers will have a shelf life of 12 months from date of shipment when
properly stored at room temperature. After use, reseal container and store in approved flammable storage cabinet or area. Do not
store in a refrigerator or cold room. Prior to using, blend thoroughly. Material should be above 65 F (18 C) when mixing.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin using protective gloves and protective clothing. Repeated or prolonged contact
on the skin may cause an allergic reaction. Eye protection is extremely important. Always use approved safety glasses or goggles
when handling this product.

IF CONTACT OCCURS :
