RELEASE #76

Release #76 is a non-silicone based release agent designed to release a variety of polyurethane material systems from epoxy,
polyester, rubber, aluminum and steel mold surfaces. In most applications the use of this release eliminates the need to sand or
chemically clean part surfaces when preparing for painting or bonding. Cleaning with a liquid soap and water wash is recommended
to remove any residue that may occur on molded parts.

Easy to apply Provides a matte or semi-gloss finish
Does not contain silicone Minimal build-up

APPLICATION:
Thoroughly clean and dry mold surfaces prior to applying Release #76. Apply Release #76 with a spray gun at a distance of 6 to 8
inches away from the mold surface. Adjust spray gun air pressure to ensure a light even coating. New molds or those that have been
chemically cleaned may require an initial heavy application of release and a wipe-out of the excess. It is best to then apply another
light coat prior to use. Release #76 contains petroleum hydrocarbons as the solvent carrier. The dry time for this release may be
extended on cold molds due to its solvent carrier. Mold temperatures in excess of 80 F. will enhance dry time and reduce cycle
times. Generally this release must be applied after each mold cycle. Normally only a very light coat is required after the mold has
been seasoned.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool dry place. Unopened containers will have a shelf life of 6 months from date of shipment when properly stored at room
temperatures.

PACKAGING
Release #76 is available in 1-gallon, and 5-gallon containers

Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin by using protective gloves and protective clothing. Repeated or prolonged
contact on the skin may cause an allergic reaction. Eye protection is extremely important. Always use approved safety glasses or
goggles when handling this product.

IF CONTACT OCCURS:
Skin: immediately wash with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. It is not recommended to
remove resin from skin with solvents. Solvents only increase contact and dry skin. Seek qualified medical attention if allergic
reactions occur.
Eyes: Immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Call a physician.

by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
