Description

Note: cutting, milling, routing, sanding or otherwise abrading this material may render airborne components subject to
PEL TWA = 15mg/m3.
Clothes Contact Unnecessary
Eye Contact flush eye, upper lid and lower lid with water; seek medical attention if irritation persists
Skin Contact
Flush with water or wash with soap and water, do not blow. If molten EVA comes in contact with skin, do not pull from
skin, but cool with water.
Inhalation of Dust
evacuate individual to clear air area, if difficulty in breathing persists, administer oxygen, if breathing stops or asphyxia is
apparent, administer CPR and call for emergency assistance. Keep individual warm and quite.
Inhalation of Gas in the Event of FireMove to fresh air and consult physician.

Product is combustible wood and fiberglass and should be stored in cool, dry location away from open flame, heat
sources or other means of ignition.

Use of a dust/mist respirator approved by NIOSH/MSMA (TC-21C-132) is recommended whenever use of product results
in creation of dust.

Balsa dust does not contain any hazardous substances. However, as stated above, dust inhalation, or collection of dust on
floors may cause injury or a hazardous condition to exist.
Use of brooms, vacuums and dust removal systems are recommended. A shop vacuum is a useful tool for dust and debris
removal from floors and work areas.
User of product should review local, state, and federal regulations concerning health and pollution disposal procedures
to assure its compliance with disposal.
Be aware of high concentration of balsa wood dust in the air => explosion risk and respiratory problems.
Transportation Product is not classified for any kind of transportation regulation.
