Product Data Sheet
1000L
Hi Low Liquid Wax
Interphase Wax Liquid Gold
Description
The charm of 1000L is it allows you to get even more releases
in a multiple release cycle with less effort. It reduces wax build
up and surface tension, while redistributing and smoothing
out the existing waxes to prepping your mold to release the
next part.
Once the pulls start to get a little harder instead of doing a
clean re layup, simply apply 1000L Liquid Wax and continue
releasing.
Features & Benefits
Increased Number of Releases
Instead of reapplying paste wax, 1000L lets you get
more releases from the same initial layup
It also increases protection of the molds and helps to
prolong the multiple release cycle
Saves Time
Liquid Wax dries quickly, which cuts down on wait
time and lets your team get back to work faster
Minimal Elbow Grease Required
Due to its liquid nature 1000L is quick to apply.
The unique solvents do the heavy lifting by easily
liquefying the mold release waxes which requires
very little effort to apply
Clean & Seal
Prior to any mold release wax application, we highly
recommend all molds be cleaned and sealed using our #69
Mold Cleaner and Stripper or #135 80 for a deeper clean and
our #86 Seal Kote to seal up any porosity.
Application Process
Once the mold is properly broken in using a paste wax, like
our #1000P Hi Low Paste Wax, then 1000L can be applied.
Step 1: Spread evenly and agitate lightly
Step 2: Allow 15 30 mins to dry and then wipe.
Repeat 1 or 2 more times and then continue releasing. Repeat
this process again once pulls start to get difficult.
This product contains sufficient waxes to continue easy
demolding and multiple releases. It reactivates and spreads
the paste wax deterring any possible wax build up or surface
tension.
