Dura Technologies, Inc. manufactures this polyester Bonding putty using high quality raw materials
and good manufacturing practices to insure that this coating will perform it s designed function with
consistent batch to batch quality. This formulae is also available in a medium viscosity material under the
804-024 part number.
This coating is based on an ISO-NPG polyester resin with excellent chemical resistance, good
moisture resistance, and good ultraviolet resistance. This product uses 1/32 milled fiber to strengthen and
stiffen the cured material to improve the final Bonding strength. 804-025 applies easily with minimal
porosity and excellent spreadability This material cures quickly to form a tough durable patch reducing
the amount of time required to Bond fiberglass parts.

Avoid stressing joints before full cure has occurred
SHELF LIFE
This product is stable for six months from date of production when stored away from sunlight at no more than 77F.
Extended storage will result in significant loss of cure and a drop in viscosity. Elevated temperatures will shorten
shelf life further
