B-816B-CZZ colorant is specially formulated for use in standard unsaturated polyester systems: laminating resins,
casting resins, gel coat and molding compounds. The grinding vehicle and pigments are chosen for their stability and
compatibility with minimal effect on cure properties of the unsaturated polyester resins.

Application: The color of each component of a matrix resin, filler, colorant as well as curing conditions will affect the
color of the finished article. Colorant suitability for specific application must be tested prior to use. It is strongly
recommended that the material be mixed before use. Colorant must be added and mixed in an unsaturated polyester
resin before any Free Radical Initiator (peroxide) is added. More than 10 percent by weight of the colorant may greatly
affect the viscosity and cure properties of the product in which the colorant is incorporated.
Storage and Handling: B-816B-CZZ should be stored in closed, opaque containers at temperatures above 40 F (4 C)
but not exceeding 77 F (25 C). To avoid decomposition, keep away from direct sunlight and excess heat. Refer to the
Safety Data Sheet for further details on safety and storage.
