PCF 2136-6-55S-NATURAL
Rigid Polyurethane Foam System Product Description
PCF 2136 polyurethane foam systems are designed for
molding and void filling applications. PCF 2136-6 can
be designed to meet a variety of reactivity requirements
without sacrificing product quality and can be formulated
to a wide range of densities from 4 to 30 pounds per
cubic foot. The unique handling characteristics of the
PCF 2136 series systems provide ease of mixing by hand
or machine to produce a uniform product with excellent
cell structure. This product does not contain any CFC
blowing agent or other Ozone Depleting chemical.
Applications
The PCF 2136 series systems have been formulated
for use as a high compressive strength rigid foam for
the manufacturing of molded picture frames, furniture
parts, structural floats and other design applications.
Storage and Handling
Containers for both A and B components should be kept
tightly closed to prevent moisture contamination. Do
not reseal if contamination is suspected. Use of a dry
nitrogen blanket for partial drums is recommended.
Side-B may be stored at ambient temperatures. Storage
for Side-A should be maintained between 77 F (25 C)
and 95 F (35 C). For best results, this product should not
be allowed to freeze, although it may be re-heated in a
well ventilated oven for a period of time to re-liquefy
solid particles. To avoid product degradation, product
temperature during re-heating should not exceed 140 F
(60 C). An additional note of caution is that exposure to
temperatures over 400 F (204 C) can create excessive
pressure potentially causing containers to rupture. Do
not breathe aerosol or vapors and avoid contact with
skin and eyes. Exposure to vapors of heated MDI can be
dangerous. To heat product properly, use well ventilated
convection ovens or other methods that distribute heat
evenly. Avoid using drum heaters or other heat sources
that may cause excessive local heating.

PCF 2131-12-50S-NATURAL
Rigid Polyurethane Foam System Product Description
PCF 2131 polyurethane foam systems are designed for
molding and void filling applications. PCF 2131-12 can
be designed to meet a variety of reactivity requirements
without sacrificing product quality and can be formulated
to a wide range of densities from 4 to 30 pounds per
cubic foot. The unique handling characteristics of the
PCF 2131 series systems provide ease of mixing by hand
or machine to produce a uniform product with excellent
cell structure. This product does not contain any CFC
blowing agent or other Ozone Depleting chemical.
Applications
The PCF 2131 series systems have been formulated
for use as a high compressive strength rigid foam for
the manufacturing of molded picture frames, furniture
parts, structural floats and other design applications.
Storage and Handling
Containers for both A and B components should be kept
tightly closed to prevent moisture contamination. Do
not reseal if contamination is suspected. Use of a dry
nitrogen blanket for partial drums is recommended.
Side-B may be stored at ambient temperature. Storage
for Side-A should be maintained between 77 F (25 C)
and 95 F (35 C). For best results, this product should
not be allowed to freeze, although it may be re-heated in
a well ventilated oven for a period of time to re-liquefy
solid particles. To avoid product degradation, product
temperature during re-heating should not exceed 140 F
(60 C). An additional note of caution is that exposure to
temperatures over 400 F (204 C) can create excessive
pressure potentially causing containers to rupture. Do
not breathe aerosol or vapors and avoid contact with
skin and eyes. Exposure to vapors of heated MDI can be
dangerous. To heat product properly, use well ventilated
convection ovens or other methods that distribute heat
evenly. Avoid using drum heaters or other heat sources
that may cause excessive local heating.

PC 561-70A-M5-5M-NAT Product Description
PC 561-70A-M5 is a two-component, 100% solid
Elastomeric Urethane system designed for processing
by either hand mix or typical polyurethane dispensing
equipment.
Recommended Uses
Recommended uses include; Automotive parts, air-
filters, sporting goods, tooling, or applications where
superior tensile strength, elongation, and high-resilience
are required with a Shore A hardness of 68-72A.

PC 561-70A-M5-5M-NAT Product Description
PC 561-70A-M5 is a two-component, 100% solid
Elastomeric Urethane system designed for processing
by either hand mix or typical polyurethane dispensing
equipment.
Recommended Uses
Recommended uses include; Automotive parts, air-
filters, sporting goods, tooling, or applications where
superior tensile strength, elongation, and high-resilience
are required with a Shore A hardness of 68-72A.
Storage and Handling
Containers for both Side-A and Side-B components
should be kept tightly closed to prevent moisture
contamination. Do not reseal if contamination is
suspected. Use of a dry nitrogen blanket for partial
drums is recommended. Side-B may be stored at
ambient temperatures. Storage for Side-A should be
maintained between 77 F (25 C) and 95 F (35 C). For
best results, this product should not be allowed to
freeze, although it may be re-heated in a well ventilated
oven for a period of time to re-liquefy solid particles. To
avoid product degradation, product temperature during
re-heating should not exceed 140 F (60 C). An additional
note of caution is that exposure to temperatures over
400 F (204 C) can create excessive pressure potentially
causing containers to rupture. Do not breathe aerosol or
vapors and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Exposure
to vapors of heated MDI can be dangerous. To heat
product properly, use well ventilated convection ovens
or other methods that distribute heat evenly. Avoid
using drum heaters or other heat sources that may
cause excessive local heating.

precautions that must be observed when handling any
of the products listed above. Before working with these
products, it is your responsibility to read and become
familiar with the available information on its hazards,
proper use and handling. This is extremely important
and cannot be overemphasized. Information is available

STORAGE:
Store at ambient temperatures, 65-80 F (18-27 C). Unopened containers will have a shelf life of 6 months from date of shipment when
properly stored at recommended temperatures. Purge opened containers with dry nitrogen before re-sealing.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS :
Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin using protective gloves and protective clothing. Repeat or prolonged contact
on the skin may cause an allergic reaction. Eye protection is extremely important. Always use approved safety glasses or goggles
when handling this product.
IF CONTACT OCCURS :
Skin: Immediately wash with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. It is not recommended
to remove resin from skin with solvents. Solvents only increase contact and dry skin. Seek qualified medical attention if
allergic reactions occur.
Eyes: Immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Call a physician.
Ingestion: If swallowed, call a physician immediately. Remove stomach contents by gastric suction or induce vomiting only as
directed by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

PB FAST SET One Part Bonding Adhesive DESCRIPTION: PB Fast Set is an amber-colored, one-part, urethane adhesive that fully cures in 30 minutes. It works well for indoor or outdoor applications. It cures from liquid to solid with a slight amount of moisture. Use it to join Precision Board Plus high density urethane sheets to make them longer or wider, and for laminating sheets together to make them thicker. Consistency of PB Fast Set is similar to honey, making it easy to apply directly from the container. No mixing is required. Works well on wood, metal and most other materials. Easy to cut, carve, sand or machine and cuts cleanly (Working time: Approximately 4 minutes). For slower cure and more working time, use PB Bond-240. Working time: Approximately 4 minutes. Preparation – Lightly spray the mating surfaces with water, or wipe the surfaces with a damp rag just prior to applying the PB Fast Set. This procedure assures there will be adequate moisture to effect total cure. PB Fast Set will not cure properly without adding moisture. Excessive water will slow cure time, and soften adhesive. Application – Apply a very thin coat of PB Fast Set to one of the surfaces to be joined, applying only enough to change the color of Precision Board Plus. Excess adhesive will be pushed out of the joint. Hold pieces in place by clamping or by setting something heavy on each side of the joint. Clean up wet adhesive with acetone. Keep container closed when not in use. Coverage is approximately 1/2 ounce per square foot. Edge Bonding – After application, the adhesive will start to bubble and thicken in approximately 1-2 minutes. Keep the Precision Board pieces on edge during this time so that the PB Fast Set will not run out of the joint before it sets. If the adhesive runs out, the joint may look solid but will be hollow inside, therefore extremely weak. Laminate Bonding – When making laminate bonds, the moisture added will assure total cure. If moisture is not added there will be spots of uncured adhesive where moisture was unable to penetrate. Even long term drying will not complete reaction since PB does not absorb moisture from the air and pass it through to the joint. Sandblasting When edge-bonding pieces that will be sandblasted, do not apply PB Fast Set to the top part of the joint since it will be blasted away later. Clamping is necessary, as thick bond lines are harder to blast through. Remove any excess adhesive from the joint. Tips For Easier Usage Lightly spray or wipe mating pieces with water just prior to application. Too much water slows cure. Apply just enough PB Fast Set to change the color of Precision Board Plus. Allow PB Fast Set to slightly bubble and thicken before pushing pieces together. Allow minimum of 30 minutes prior to moving bonded part. Keep adhesive back from outer edge for ease of sandblasting. Clamping is necessary. To blend joint into background after sanding, prime with FSC-88 WB primer/filler. Drill small hole in cap to act as dispensing nozzle. After using, cover hole with tape.
